Retrospectives

Retrospectives

Be it a festival, the end of a project or anytime with a need to pause; a Retrospective is an excellent opportunity to reflect and use different angles to find a way to connect internally and externally. In an Agile Approach, there is always an individual and a team approach. As individuals, we reflect, then share and adapt towards the outcome. This behaviour triggers the team and sets a culture. A culture where we develop openness, embrace the difference amongst us, and finally, trust in the team. Every unit is made up of individuals. People have strengths, courage, ambition and passion for driving for a better version of themselves. All these do change once the team dynamic comes into play. As everyone is unique in their own ways, so is every team. By defining adaption steps, and evolving trust, every participant will be encouraged to become more effective and adjusts behaviours accordingly. Therefore, running Retrospectives and connecting with all is an impactful ceremony which should not be undervalued.
